You gain access to many of those tools using the DVD that comes with the printed books, or by registering any book (print or eBook) at ciscopress.com. From that website, you can access most of the tools. Notably, the books come with the rights to use some practice questions. The use of the practice questions requires a unique registration code. The registration codes can be found:
