When CCNA first began back in the late 1990’s, all the content would fit in a single book. CCNA is now too big for one volume. And since Cisco offers both a 2-exam path (the ICND1 and ICND2 exams) as well as a 1-exam path (the CCNA exam) to attain your CCNA, we organized the CCNA content into two volumes. This one covers the content on the ICND2 exam, which is of course a subset of the overall CCNA exam.
